| We make all noodles and soups by ourselves.
We use a "baking" technique different from ordinary Ramen, which creates a rich taste and good smell.
If you prefer a plain taste, you can choose salt flavored soup and plain noodles. |

| "Kyoto Gogyo" is located in a traditional Kyoto-style house(floor space of 100 in tsubo),namely that of "Morgan Oyuki" , the first Japanese woman to marry a foreigner. She married an American millionaire's son during the Meiji era. We opened this shop on Wednesday December 1st 2004, with bigger space and a better location compared to existing Gogyo. We have got superb lineup of a la carte dishes that make the most of our original, typical Hakata city style food.
